This friday is Chinese new year.

It's not a big deal here, but for us students and practitioners of Tai Chi & Qigong, it means a change of season, and a new approach to the year for those born a multiple of twelve years in the past.
DOG Years:
1922, 1934, 1946, 1958, 1970, 1982, 1994, 2006, 2018 

It's not in dog years! Just your human age. 

You can simply be described as the 'true romantics',  independent and sincere.

As the Chinese lunar spring starts around the time our spring is slowly moving up a gear, certainly astronomically, for TCM it means nourishing our Liver and Gallbladder organs to ensure they work optimally.

I will be guiding you through this on the 4th of March at the Nano Nagle Birthplace Centre with Qigong, Tai Chi movements, Meditation and which food stimulates the liver.

The Chinese Horoscope 2018 predicts that this year of the Brown Earth Dog is going to be a good year in all respects, but it will also be an exhausting year. You will be happy, yet frustrated, rested, yet tired, cheerful, yet dull!

just think before you act and outline a plan of action for the year.
