Alpha Beta Chapter Research Grant Opportunity

The Alpha Beta Chapter is pleased to announce the availability of a research grant. One grant up to $1200 will be awarded at the Palmer Symposium on March 23rd, 2018. Niehoff Networking Event

Connect with other faculty, students, and alumni on Thursday, March 15, 2018 from 6-9 p.m. at Hubbard Inn, 110 West Hubbard Street, Chicago, IL 60654, 3rd Floor. Open to all Nursing, Health Systems Management, Dietetics, and Exercise Science alumni, faculty, and students. $35 includes three drink tickets, appetizers and a donation to help Niehoff students. National Black Nurses Day 30th Anniversary

 NBND is a long-held is a celebration that recognizes the service of outstanding African American Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) for the work that they provide to the community. This year is the 30th NBND Anniversary celebration. It will highlight the achievements of professional nurses in the area of community health, public health, correctional health, transplantation and healthcare advocacy. It is scheduled to be held on Friday, February 23, 2018 at Apostolic Faith Church, 3823 S. Indiana, Chicago, IL at 6 p.m. Friends and family of nurses recognized, nursing colleagues, nursing instructors, student nurses and the community at large are all invited to attend this event.
