Delegate Sam Rasoul’s bill “HB157 Right to Treat Act; requirement of Maintenance of Certification prohibited, etc.” was effectively killed on Tuesday, February 6^th during the committee hearing by 5 voting members of the Virginia House of Commerce & Labor Sub-Committee #2.

Although HB157 didn't make it out of committee during this 2018 session, we need to continue collecting signatures from practicing physicians to help legislators not to succumb to fear and pressures from entrenched organizations that are profiting from MOC in Virginia.

1. Please include your name on the NOMOCNOW button below,
2. Participate in advocacy outreach meetings with the MSNVA leadership over the summer, dates will be posted on the MSNVA home page at msnva.org
3. Talk to your district’s elected officials and educate them about MOC using these talking points
