Pre-season is well under way!

Thank you to the parents and players of U10s, U11s, U12s, U13s and U15 girls who attended the Musters this week. We still need players in all those age groups, so tell your friends!

We apologise if anyone turned up to the Wednesday Musters for U11 and U15 and it looked like no one was there. Football NSW Extreme Heat safety guidelines were in place and we were unable to set anything up for the kids to do, and our meetings with the parents were held in the small pieces of shade we could find around the side of the clubhouse. If you have any concerns that you’ve missed out on important information, please do not hesitate to contact secretary@kingslangleysoccerclub.com.au or reply to this email.

“Waiting List” glitch on MyFootballClub

A number of people have contacted us concerned that their registrations won’t go through because MyFootballClub is reporting their status as on a Waiting List. The Waiting List message has been caused by some incorrect information in the back end of the site. While this has been fixed, the error may still show for some people. Rest assured we still have places in teams, but they are filling fast! We recommend registering early to help avoid disappointment.

Please also ensure that you have your Active Kids voucher information at hand while registering. It is much easier for all involved if you enter the voucher number in when you register to make the discount automatic. Otherwise, the process is more involved, you’ll need to pay the full amount upfront and the discount is processed down the track.

A new sponsor for Kings Langley Soccer Football Club!

It is with great pleasure that the Kings Langley Soccer Football Club announces the support of the Blacktown RSL. Through its local community grants program, the Blacktown RSL has made it possible for us to purchase new portable goals for our teams. We hope to have these ready as close as possible to the start of the new season.

Membership at the Blacktown RSL is just $5.50 for one year, and comes with many benefits. Please consider supporting those organisations that support our club. Visit the Blacktown RSL website for more information.

We have so much more to tell you, but it will have to wait for next time.
