Free Same-Day Pickup Requests Till Mar 31!
We are pleased to announced that until March 31st all same-day pickup requests with UPS are free compliments of netParcel!
Why is this a big deal?
As of Jan 1st, UPS changed their guidelines and will be assessing same-day pickup request charges for all customers. netParcel has opted to defer this charge until the end of next month in order to allow our customers time to change the way they book pickups.
What are the charges moving forward?
Effective April 1st for netParcel Customers UPS On-Call Pickup
- $3.25CAD per phone-in request for a same-day pickup.
- $2.25CAD per request on ups.com for a same-day pickup. No charge for next-day pickup requests, or UPS Returns services pickup requests billed to the issuer of the UPS Returns services label.
How can you avoid these charges as of April 1st?
1) Contact support@netparcel.com to schedule a reoccurring daily or weekly pickup free of charge.
2) Book your pick-ups a day in advance if possible.
3) Drop-off you package at the nearest UPS Access Point or Drop Box.
