Our spring CSA is starting March 1st and going through June 7th. I know what you're thinking, "I'll just pick up my pastured meats from you at the Farmers Market." Well, the beauty of the CSA is that your package is prepaid, wrapped up and ready to hit the road! We know you're busy, and we are too. Lets make this efficient!
Pickup Dates: March 1st, April 5th, May 3rd and June 7th.
Each pickup will include ten pounds of pasture raised protein for a total package of forty pounds spread over the 4 month period. We will also be offering a complete protein package including acorn finished pastured pork from Woodlawn Stock Farm. This option is a little larger at fifteen pounds per month.
Below are the packages. We offer full and half packages and prorating is available. Check them out, crunch the numbers, and please do not hesitate to ask if we can customize a package for you, or if you have a special request. We are here to help. :)

100% Grassfed Angus Beef – 40 lbs - $340.00
(1/2 beef package is 5 lbs/month for 4 months for $170.00)
Animal Welfare Approved, non GMO, no antibiotics or hormones, USDA Inspected, dry aged 14- 21 days, vacuum sealed grassfed beef. The package includes assorted cuts of steaks, roast, ground beef and stew meat. The beef is dispersed in the same proportion as a whole beef which is 15% steaks (6lbs); 35% roast or stew meat(14 lbs.) and 50% ground beef (20lbs). Each drop off will include 2 steaks, one roast (or stew meat) and 5 pounds of ground beef.

Pastured Poultry - 40 lbs - $225.00
(1/2 chicken is 5 lbs/ month for 4 months for $112.50)
Our gourmet pastured chicken is raised in small groups in portable hoop barns moved each day to fresh pasture and fed 100% non GMO feed. The package includes an equal mix of whole birds ready for roasting and chicken cutups including boneless skinless breast, thighs, drumsticks, wings and chicken stock packs.

Complete Protein Package – 60 lbs - $430.00
(1/2 complete protein is 7.5lbs/ month of grassfed beef, pasture raised chicken and Acorn finished pork for $215.00)
Each drop will include five pounds of our grassfed beef, five pounds of pastured poultry and five pounds of acorn finished pastured pork. Pork cuts will include bacon, sausage, pork roast and pork chops. The beef cuts will be the same proportion as the beef package and the chicken will include an equal share of whole chickens and chicken cutups. Lots of meal options with this package!
