Music & Mindfulness Day Seminar
- March 11th at 8.45am
The next major event in March is a peaceful introduction to music as a tool for mindfulness meditation on a similar line to the Music and Mindfulness Weekend Meditation Retreat held each September at the Gawler Foundation (for more information on the retreat click Here )
The Music and Mindfulness Day Seminar at Mueller Hall, Botanic Gardens Melbourne will be held on March 11th and starting at 8.45am
The seminar uses harp music to mindfully inspire creativity and a peaceful way of being. It includes a day of meditative music, a walking meditation in Fern Gully, Art, Writing and Mindfulness and concludes in a concert with the Light Duo.
This is the same concert that is put on by the Botanic Gardens, however for the participants of the seminar, concert is included in the seminar ticket.
Lunch, morning and afternoon teas are provided.

Harp in the Gardens - Sunday, 11th of March. 1.30pm
This is one of the Harp in the Gardens concerts following the theme of water and coinciding with the release of the new CD of the same name. This will be held in the historic Mueller hall (meet first at the Visitors centre at 1.15pm).

Sit back and relax to a beautiful harp concert while floating around the islands and inlets of the Royal Botanic Gardens ornamental lake. Michael Johnson, the resident composer and harpist, will treat you to a series of compositions written over the last seven years at the Gardens. Arrive 15 minutes before outside the Terrace (5.15pm) Through gate A , Corner Alexander Ave. and Anderson streets Melbourne.
