House of Vacuums is family-owned and operated by Bob and Jaimee March, with help from their nephew, Tyler. Bob March began working for the store while in college and four years later, bought the business. The Marches chose to keep the business in Edmond because of support from local business organizations and the community.

The store, located at 1425 S. Santa Fe, offers vacuum sales, service/repair and parts; odor control solutions; and cleaning products and supplies. The owners work hard to understand the needs of customers including those with allergies, pets, hard surface floors, and all carpet styles. Products offered include Lampe Berger, Fresh Wave, and Odor Control Solutions. Vacuum brands carried include Miele, Sebo, Oreck, and Carpet Pro, all in upright and canister styles. Mops, dusters, and carpet steamers as well as air purifiers from IQ Air and Austin Air are also included in the inventory. Chemical free cleaning is available with options like E-cloth and Vapamore. House of Vacuums also offers "courtesy vacuums" that customers may borrow while their units are being serviced. In-house warranties are offered for everything the store sells.

The Marches feel Edmond residents have always been very supportive of small business and continue to make the couple feel like family. In turn, they provide exceptional customer service, support Edmond schools and churches through fundraisers when possible, and are always looking for ways to be more involved in the community.
