Helping Many to Achieve More.
A Commitment to Excellence.

Helping Many to Achieve More is our theme for 2018 (and beyond).  It is much more than a cute saying,

It is our commitment to excellence in our efforts to Help Many to Achieve More. We are committed to excellence in how we communicate to you. Our communication systems are structured to help us in those efforts. Our commitment to presenting world class products that improve production efficiency and reducing process related costs. Our commitment to developing our services through Crimp Quality Solutions is our passion, even our obsession.

As we continue the journey through the year, I will expand on how we will Help Many to Achieve More. Maybe share a story or two along the way.

Introducing: Crimp Performance Optimization

I am excited to announce our new program offered through Crimp Quality Solutions. Crimp Performance Optimization is geared towards companies who want to take their Crimp Performance to the next level. This includes those companies who are under utilizing the tools they already have. Or are introducing new monitoring tools and want to ensure the technology is properly implemented in their facility. Please see our supporting article below.
Crimp Force Monitoring: Optimizing Crimp Performance.

It is the same story repeated in almost every company I visit.

"We have invested in crimp force monitoring (CFM) technology for our crimp process. Invested as part of a full process automation system or installed onto bench top presses. Everything started well, but we ran into trouble along the way. We were getting false readings. The monitor was signalling an error despite the fact the crimp looked fine. After some time, our operators by-passed the monitors and continued without the CFM's."

You have now entered the CFM Cycle.

Want to hear more? Contact us right away and we will show you how Crimp Performance Optimization can help your crimp processes.
Technology of the Month: Ultrasonic Metal Welding
Ultrasonic Metal Welding is a technology that is not new to our company. We have more than two decades of experience in providing ultrasonic weld solutions to our customers in the areas of wire termination, splicing and EV battery assembly to name a few.

Our association with Global Technology Partners who provide solutions to assembly problems include Ultrasonic Metal Welding. We would be pleased to provide you with more information. Connect with us to hear more.
The 18th Electrical Wire Processing Technology Expo is a few months away. This is the marque event for the wire processing industry in North America. Milwaukee hospitality at it's finest. Don't wait, register now. Click here.

More to come from in the WireProcess Connection issues leading up to the Expo.
