NEWS UPDATE
LAWRENCE OF ARABIA'S "LIMO"
In January we announced the launch of our latest Limited Edition models - a Rolls Royce Armoured car, a Silver Ghost Chassis complete with Engine and the Engine on its own together with a presentation plinth.
At over 2,000 parts, and with features like a working radiator fan, these models represent Armortek's most detailed work to date - and in the words of a Silver Ghost restorer, "there has never been anything else like this on the market."!
The Rolls Royce Armoured Car was very effectively used by Lawrence of Arabia in the desert and you can read about "Solving The Mystery of Blue Mist: “Lawrence’s Rolls-Royce”" right here.
Thanks to Stephen White's organisation and Chris Fry's attendance, Armortek had a formal presence at the show where our customer's models pulled in the crowds.
Chris got to show off the Armoured car and Silver Ghost Chassis which was out in public for the first time.

TIGER P (VK 45.01(P)) - THE TIGER 1 THAT NEVER WAS
We have had a couple of people asking if our Elefant can be converted into a Tiger (P) - the Porsche prototype for a heavy tank - and whether we can provide the drawings and parts.
The short answer is "yes" ... but to make it viable, we would need at least 5 people interested - at the last count we had 2!

It would make a pretty unique model and would need new decks, an early Tiger 1 turret and Panzer III turret stowage bins.
THE KING RISES AGAIN
Our very last 2013 King Tiger kit - that we had been holding back for a customer - will go up for auction in March. This is a rare opportunity to own an incredibly impressive machine.
Reserve will be set at £4,500 plus VAT & postage and for an additional charge, Armortek can build the model for you.

We recently announced that we will be doing a Limited run (just 25 kits) of the Panzer III.
We are still planning things out, but the PIII should be available for pre-order in the next week or two with deliveries to start in the Spring.

Good news for all the Famo fans out there. Design work is scheduled to start in the next couple of weeks !!
Shipping is still planned for the Summer and we will be able to provide a more detailed update once the design work is well advanced - probably in early April.
