48th Annual Watercolor Exhibit at the Art Center of Corpus Christi (March 2018)

On March 1st, I will be exhibiting 4 artworks at the annual watercolor society competition and show. Best of show and other awards will be awarded to area watercolor artists.

This exhibit will be on display in the Dorothy Kucera Gallery at the Corpus Christi Art Center at 100 Shoreline Blvd.

The exhibit will be on display from March 1, 2018 thru Friday March 30, 2018.

The Art Center has received of up to 4 entries per Artist.

Receiving is Sunday February 25, 2018 from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Art Center of Corpus Christi 100 Shoreline Blvd. in the Kucera Gallery.

Reception and award presentation will be held on Wednesday March 7, 2018 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m.

Hoi An Corner

My daughter recently traveled to Vietnam and sent a few pictures to paint. This one will be shown at the 48^th Annual Exhibit at the Art Center of Corpus Christi in March 2018!

Recent Awards

I was honored to have won the Vava Callahan Memorial Award with "Lonely Loco" at the Tri Group 54th Annual Art Exibition this month.

This work and 2 others will be on display at the GALVAN HOUSE in Corpus Christi throughout this month! Other art works and photography/mixed media art will be on display!

ARTWALK

On the first Friday of every month, we will be located at the ARTWALK, in downtown Corpus Christi.

The ARTWALK runs from 5-9pm every first friday of the month.

Each month you’ll find artists, musicians and all things creative converge in the Marina Arts District. It's where Downtown comes alive with music, art vendors, food trucks serving up South Texas fare, and art galleries featuring local and national artists. Take in the free live music and local flavors outside, find a nice watering hole to duck into for a quick drink, or grab a bite to eat. Enjoy the talents of your neighbors or showcase your own as you revel in the sights and sounds of Corpus Christi’s creative community.
