5 Tips to Accessing Finance
It can take a while for lenders to process a loan application and the delay is often caused by SMEs who haven’t got the required information ready ahead of time. Here are 5 key tips that should speed up your loan application:
  • Prepare a cash flow forecast
  • Get tax compliant
  • Sort out your Management Accounts (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement and Debtors Age Analysis).
  • Keep an updated business plan.
  • Company Documents – make sure you have your founding documents.
If you need help preparing your documents, sign up to Finfind , and click on the Get Assistance Menu option.  Finfind can link you with an accredited accountant or accredited business advisor who is skilled at helping SMEs prepare loan applications.
