Please join us for a webinar hosted by the Invasive Mussel Collaborative to discuss recent research examining water properties and treatment efficacy for dreissenid mussels. This webinar will examine water temperature, high water conductivity, and the efficacy of carbon dioxide as a treatment method. The webinar will feature presentations by:

  • Katherine Ayres, United Water Conservation District
  • Diane Waller, U.S. Geological Survey
The Invasive Mussel Collaborative is working to advance scientifically sound technology for invasive mussel control to produce measurable ecological and economic benefits. The Collaborative provides a framework for communication and coordination, identifying the needs and objectives of resource managers, prioritizing supporting science, developing communication strategies, and aligning science and management goals into a common agenda.
