Tip of the Day:

“Relationships of trust depend on our willingness to look not only to our own interests, but also the interests of others.” (Peter Farquharson)
As a co-chair of the Annual Northwest Dispute Resolution Conference, I wanted to take this opportunity to let you know about our upcoming conference, which will be held on March 22-23, 2018, at the University of Washington School of Law.

This year, in addition to presenting exciting sessions on a wide spectrum of topics, we have also partnered with AAA, WAMS, JAMS, and JDR to create a series of workshops that will be of particular interest to attorney advocates.

UW School of Law logoI was recently invited to join the UW School of Law as an adjunct faculty member for the 2018 Spring Quarter. I will be teaching Alan Kirtley's Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) class, and am acutely aware that I am being asked to fill the shoes of a giant in our field. I am honored and excited. Wish me luck!
