Just a quick one from me today.

I want to set you a little challenge for you to do at some point today. It won’t take long, promise.

I want you to write a letter to your future self.

What happened yesterday? What milestones have you met in your business? What are you hoping to launch or do in the near future? Why does it matter? Who is important in your life right now and why? What have you learned recently? What dreams and goals do you have for the future?

Remind yourself to be patient, mindful, forgiving, and kind to yourself and others.

It doesn’t have to be long; just a sentence will do if you'd rather. Date it, seal it in an envelope and don’t open it until next month, the Summer, Christmas or next year. Whatever you feel compelled do (if you want to be high-tech about it, you can use lettertomyfutureself.net that allows you to write a note that will be delivered to your inbox for whenever you choose).

I’ve been writing letters to myself once a year for the past 3 years and each one has stopped me in my tracks. Has delighted me. Has refocused me. Has reminded me of what’s important. You might not see any instant results (although you'll definitely feel lighter for getting everything down) but it'll be so powerful and potent when you finally open it.

If there’s one thing you do today, take the time to comfort, support or motivate your future self. She’ll thank you for it.
