This form should be filled in by qualified medical and dental doctors (those in possession of medical degrees, passed Licencing exams regardless of their HPCZ status) expected to begin internship in 2020 regardless of country of training.
This is only for those that want to do internship in Zambia.
For those who trained outside Zambia, only Zambian Citizens, Permanent Residents or those currently staying in Zambia can submit their details.
All details should be completed by Sunday, 5th April, 2020 at 17:00 Hours.
