Fairways--Turf Replanting:
Our team continues to press forward with fairway turf regrassing on #18 in areas that have struggled to support a healthy strand of turf. We've excavated the saline native soils and refilled with sandy soil to promote healthier roots and improve drainage. 18 fairway is scheduled for completion in March.
Irrigation Upgrades:
We continue to refine our irrigation system; currently we are rerouting the layout of sprinklers on tee #4 to improve water coverage to this tee box and reduce wastage onto the cart path.
Practice Area Face-Lift:
The thorny bushes used as a groundcover near the practice area sand bunker have been removed and replaced by a decorative sand. The fringe of the bunker has been regrassed also. Look out for more improvements to this area in the coming weeks.
