VOLUNTEERS ALWAYS WELCOME!

Queen Mary runs a lively Sailability programme on a Thursday, enabling our disabled sailors to get afloat. It’s a busy group and we would welcome any new volunteers who would like to join our team.

We sail keelboats in the form of Drascombe Longboats and Yeomans and we also race six Hansa dinghies. The support team is made up of sailors and non-sailors and we ensure that all necessary induction training is given to new volunteers. A hearty homemade soup lunch is provided and plenty of banter guaranteed!
