March for Meals - The Dish

MARCH FOR MEALS ON SATURDAY

Please join Meals on Wheels of Loveland and Berthoud at our March for Meals 1.5 mile march in Berthoud. We are marching to raise awareness for the organization as part of the national 16th Annual March for Meals.

The march is an effort to spotlight and support vulnerable seniors who rely on this vital service to remain independent at home. The march coincides with Meals on Wheels 50th anniversary of service in Loveland and Berthoud.

The event is free, but please REGISTER.

WHEN: Saturday, March 10th at10am
WHERE: Begins at Grace Place, 375 Meadowlark Drive in Berthoud and continues to City Star Brewing, 321 Mountain Avenue in Berthoud where lunch will be supplied by Meals on Wheels of Loveland and Berthoud.

WELCOME ERIN TO THE TEAM

Please join us in welcoming our newest team member Erin Andre, Program Director of Client and Volunteer Services. In her new role, Erin will be working closely with the MOW team to create and implement systems and processes, with the goal of generating the best possible client outcomes and volunteer experience.

On a personal note...

I hope you can join us for our March for Meals event this Saturday. With a simple walk through downtown Berthoud we hope to raise awareness about our service and how important it is to so many of our neighbors in Loveland and Berthoud. It won't be a long walk, only about 1 1/2 miles ending with some of our chefs' delicious chili and cornbread. So please grab your family members or some friends and join us on Saturday at 10am.
