The benefits of early weaning go far beyond the survival and growth of the calf. The energy requirements of a 400kg lactating breeder are approximately 80MJ/day. Top Early Wean 100 is a full grain feed suited for your early weaners weighing between 50 and 150kg. Consumptions on this ration are expected to be around 2.5-2.7% bodyweight with gains of up to 1kg/day. Top Early Wean 100 has a suitable level of effective fibre meaning that hay or pasture does not need to be provided in-conjunction with the ration.
