Altar Guild volunteers needed! With the start of our second service Altar Guild is in great need of more volunteers. Duties include setting up and cleaning up afterward for Holy Communion. Easter lilies. You can purchase an Easter lily to decorate the chancel for Easter Sunday morning. The cost is $10/plant, and you can include a dedication in honor or memory of a loved one. Sign-up at church by March 25, and please put your payment in the offering plate (marked “Easter Lily”).

The Presbyterian Night Shelter of Fort Worth is looking for volunteer groups to read books to the children staying at their Women and Children's Shelter on Saturday mornings from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. for their newly started "Story Time Hour." Great Day of Service meeting. Our eighth annual Great Day of Service will be Saturday, May 5. It's a day we serve our community with multiple projects. There will be meeting of the Great Day planning committee this Sunday, March 18, at 9:30 a.m. If you would like to help with this, please come to the meeting or contact Chip or Terri Sakakeeny.

Easter bags. We will be providing Easter bags for the children of San Gabriel Lutheran Church in Alvarado. If you picked up a tag from the Easter tree, please bring your donated items by Sunday, March 25. The bags will be assembled after church that day, and volunteers are needed. Thanks.

Thursday night bowling. Join the fun of bowling this spring in an eight-week "Fun League"! We will bowl at Main Event in Grapevine each Thursday evening, 7:00–9:30 p.m., beginning April 5 and running through May 24. A painting class for ladies will be taught by Kim Riley at the church on Tuesday, March 20, beginning at 6:30 p.m. The project (shown to left) will take at least two classes—additional date(s) will be determined later. Cooking oil for GRACE. Need doesn't end when the giving season ends. Please remember the ongoing commitment to the GRACE Food Pantry by bringing in one or more 48 oz. bottles of cooking oil to help those in need.
