Join us for a singing day exploring Verdi's ever-popular Requiem, under the inspiring leadership of the EAC's founder and musical director, Leslie Olive. It was composed in memory of the Italian poet and novelist Alessandro Manzoni, and since its first performance on May 22nd 1874 in Milan, marking the first anniversary of Manzon's death, it has become a favourite of choirs around the world.
