On a different subject Stephen Conisbee has been in touch to report that they are spreading digestate over our grass & barley fields once more and so be prepared for not only the Beast from the East but the Pong from the Place!.  Stephen also notes that the cows sucessfuly wintered out on the winter kale & will be returning home for calving shortly.
