I know this is going to appear completely incongruous given our current cold snap, but I'm about to feature the colours for spring summer 2018. Yeah, I know, my phone says its -3 outside. Tee hee.

As I'm sure you can imagine, I have so many gemstones of different shape and colour, that my days are full of sorting, picking and packing. It was on one of these days that I reached this point (see image 2 below).

My girlfriend, peering over my shoulder, expressed an interest in what I was doing. citing that the colours reminded her of something she had seen recently online, or in Metro, or Grazia, or something like that. After some searching, she sent me a link to this. (image 3)

After some internet trawling, I found an interesting article on the Vogue website, and I now understand that each season has more than one colour palette, but they do cross over to allow for mixing and matching.
Well, that was all the encouragement I needed to get started on my latest category, "Gem Packs". Gemstones selected and combined according to shape and colour, to compliment the 2018 spring/summer colour palettes.
I hope you enjoy this category as much as I've enjoyed creating it. I'll be adding to it regularly.
