The National Centre for Farmer Health is pleased to announce the successful launch of a pilot program to bring our renowned Health and Lifestyle Assessments into a Community Bank branch near you.

AgriSafe™ Clinician, nurse Tam Phillips, spent a day each at Avoca, Maryborough and St Arnaud Community Bank branches; connecting with many farmers who benefited from our specialist assessment, education and recommendations on their health, wellbeing and safety.

We would like to thank the enthusiastic staff at these progressive Community Bank branches for their assistance and look forward to this innovative activity being rolled out through many more branches across rural Australia in the future.

ifarmwell.com.au is a new online tool kit to help Australian farmers cope effectively with life’s challenges and get the most out of every day.

Its design is based on:
  • what farmers want
  • what research shows will help
Farmers who test all five of the engaging online modules (30-40 minutes each, about 2 weeks apart) and complete the questionnaires before and after, will have the option of receiving a $100 voucher to partly reimburse them for their time and internet-related expenses.

You do not need to be experiencing poor mental health to help test this website.

It has been designed to help improve ALL farmers’ wellbeing.
