We would like to take this opportunity to say thank you to the whole school community, including the Fox staff, for being so flexible and patient this week.

World book week (extended to next week!)
The inclement weather rather put paid to our costumes for World Book Day! This will now happen on next Friday 9th March. We did however have lots of wonderful things going on in school.

All classes visited Waterstones and were read a story and used their book tokens. We were particularly excited to our book covers proudly on display in the shopwindows.

Today in assembly, we were treated to some outstanding poetry performances including wonderful expression and lots of actions! Reception shared 'We're going on a bear hunt', Year 1 performed 'Pirate Pete and year 2 and 3 all performed poems by Hilda Offen from their Reading Gladiators Poetry book - Message from the moon.  2S performed the 'Three Little Monsters and 2J performed 'The Killler Caterpillar, 3M performed 'The Sea' and 3B performed 'Peppermint Path'.
