The corner of Tenth Ave. and W. 30th Street kicked off 2018 right with the opening of our newest retail store endeavor. Once again partnering with Fortune 100 Company Wells Fargo, we were delighted to help them realize their vision for the historic project at New York City’s infamous Hudson Yards.
The largest private real estate development in U.S. history, Hudson Yards understood that the 500,000 square foot addition of Wells Fargo would not only stimulate the economic development of the region, but also enhance the beauty of the area that is already known well by locals and tourists alike.
Perfectly positioned to capitalize on the unprecedented use of space over the rail yards on New York’s west side, the new Wells Fargo location took full advantage of the aesthetics to build the perfect office. Seamlessly integrating new fabrics, treatments, furniture, and surfaces, they chose lighter tones, state of the art digital merchandising behind the teller line, and flanked ten ATMs in and around the new location to better assist busy New Yorkers.
