Join us for the ever-popular Doggie Egg Hunt at Horner Park, Saturday, March 31st from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m.
Swing by the registration table at 1 p.m. to pick up your bandanas and let the fun begin! Your bandana is your ticket to adventure, so make sure your dog is wearing it! The hunt for dog-treat-filled plastic eggs will start at 1:30, and it will be followed immediately by the Costume Parade and Contest. We are excited to announce that Alderman Mell will be judging this year's contest. The categories are Best Bonnet, Best Overall, Most Original, and Best Owner/Pup Pair.
In addition to these events, Photos with the Easter Bunny will be available for $10 (Cash Only). Proceeds will go toward the Dog Park. If you don't have a dog, feel free to jump in and have a photo taken of yourself, friends or family with the Bunny! And, of course, there will be the usual array of vendor tables* offering delights for people and dogs alike. Among those tables will be the
Friendship Pet Food Pantry. They will be taking up a collection to help Chicago residents in need care for their pets, so please donate a can or bag of dog (or dare we say, cat) food.

Come Play with Stay!
Musical Mutts is like musical chairs, but with Hulu hoops and dogs.
Walk around the hoops with your dog on lead and when the music stops your pup has to be sitting in a Hulu hoop and you have to have one foot in or you're both out!! We'll take one hoop away each time until we have a winner. This new activity is included with your entrance fee to the Doggie Egg Hunt, and it's sure to be a rockin' time thanks to Stay.
Hop on over to Urban Pooch’s agility field to have your dog try agility!
Agility is the fastest growing dog sport in the country.
Dogs will jump over jumps, run through tunnels, and climb over obstacles. You and your dog will have a blast! Tickets will be available on-site for $5/run. (Cash Only).
