BEGIN WITH YOUR PERSONAL STORY. Explain why you are passionate about your Representative joining this Caucus. Be brief, but make sure they know as a constituent this is very important to you!
"Hello, my name is ____, and my zip code is _____. I am a constituent of Rep. ____. I’d like to talk to someone in his office that deals with health care.”
As your constituent, I am urging you to support an important new bipartisan effort in Congress: The Congressional Integrative Health and Wellness Caucus.
There will be an educational briefing and lunch to introduce this new Caucus. I am hoping Rep. ______ or his legislative staff that deals with health care will attend and consider joining the Caucus.
The event is: March 15, 2018; 12-2pm; Rayburn 2044 HOB (House Office Building)
