Hello Friends,

I hope this finds you well and enjoying life.

Here in Calgary we've had an epic winter with a LOT of snow, but today the air feels like spring, the birds are singing, and even our garden flamingo - buried under drifts for weeks - is beginning to emerge.  That's progress!  I love winter, and snow, but I too am ready now for a change.

This Spring my work will be shown in two exhibitions.

First, StudioNOW at Christine Klassen Gallery here in Calgary, AB:
I'm feeling quite excited to show my work with Lori, Lisa and Karen, talented artists all.  Please join us at the opening reception of StudioNOW on Saturday, March 24, to see a bit of what's been happening in our respective studios.

Second, Transitions at the Gordon Snelgrove Gallery, University of Saskatchewan:
Transitions will be the second Group Nine exhibition.  We will be showing paintings, sculptures, and my installation Fragile Planets, which was first exhibited in Drumheller about a year ago. I am very pleased to have another opportunity to show this work, alongside the talented G9 artists.

Please join us at our closing celebration on Friday May 25, 2018.

Thank you for your continued interest in my work, and I hope to see you at one or more of these upcoming exhibitions.

Best Regards,
Verna
