Equality, Diversity and Inclusion in the Gambling Industry

In addition, John Hagan will chair the panel, Creating a culture of diversity throughout the entire organisation, where he will be joined by the following speakers:

Following GGW’s ICE session last month which addressed how to change the position of women within the gambling industry, this conference will continue to look at the benefits, commercial or otherwise, of implementing a wider policy of diversity and inclusion, for both employment and consumer reasons. For instance, McKinsey research states that companies listed in the top quartile for gender diversity are 21% more likely to have above average profitability compared to companies in the bottom quartile.
