5G wireless technology is coming.

"Unlike prior generations of cellular service, 5G will transmit not only using low band frequencies but also a form of extremely highly microwave frequencies called millimeter waves."

"Because they have a short transmission range, more antennas will be required. What does this mean? "This means pervasive neighborhood and city wide antennas will be used. Some will be on utility & light  poles and other public infrastructure thus beaming intense microwave (radio frequency or RF) radiation within feet of bedrooms, schools, nursing centers and more." 

"International scientists have expressed alarm about the documented effects of microwave radiation on bees, pollinators and plants. Because of their size, bees are especially vulnerable to millimeter waves. They also disrupt bird and insect orientation. Plants form the building blocks of all ecosystems and disruption to their pollination and subsequent reproduction is likely to result in similar declines in plant species diversity and knock on effects to animals and birds that rely on them."  (And ultimately humans.)
