Here I am preparing and testing for the screening in Los Angeles this Saturday. I'm very excited for this showing in a unique setting - the first of its kind for Children of the Silent Revolution.

And now a little gift for you... If you subscribed to this newsletter online, you should have received a link to watch my short documentary Living in Limbo for free. In case you missed it, you can watch the movie at any time here

The documentary tells the stories of several young undocumented activists in the United States who fought for the passing of the DREAM Act - a proposed law that would have given them a legal path to citizenship. The DREAM Act was later replaced by DACA, which has been a hot political topic recently. You can learn about the origins of this issue in Living in Limbo. Enjoy!
March is a busy month with three screenings of Children of the Silent Revolution coming up in Los Angeles, Seattle and San Diego. Click here for all the details on the Viktori Pictures website. The screenings are as follows:
  • In Los Angeles this Saturday, March 10th - a unique and intimate house screening event. Here's the link to the Facebook event.
  • In Seattle on Sunday, March 18th - presented by the Bulgarian Movie Circle. Facebook event here.
  • In San Diego on Saturday, March 31st - presented by the Bulgarian Cultural and Educational Foundation "Vasil Levski". Check the website for more info.

Living in Limbo is a short documentary about the struggle for legal status of the children of undocumented immigrants living in the United States. I made this movie while I was still in film school.
