The Tobacco Free Project Team in partnership with the Healthy Eating Active Living Team is proud to announce the release of Chronic Disease Prevention grants!

Funding is available to faith, non-profit and community based organizations to address healthy eating, active living and tobacco prevention through:
  1. Innovative Chronic Disease Prevention grants 8 grants at $20,000
  2. Community Focus Groups for priority populations 3 grants at $40,000
  3. Quit Smoking Programs for priority populations 3 grants at $40,000
