The three grape varieties are vinified separately - 35% Tempranillo, 35% Bobal & 30% Moscatel.
The wine is then re-fermented, filtered and bottled with a touch of natural residual sugar from fresh Moscatel must.

Intense cherry red with violet tones and fine bubbles. Very fresh and intense, with ripe fruits aromas. Refreshing, fruity and young. Ideal as an aperitif or to accompany all types of fish, seafood and rice dishes. Serve very chilled at 4ºC.

We select the finest grapes from Moscatel vines, macerate and ferment using selected yeasts. The wine is then refermented at controlled temperatures, filtered and bottled with a touch of natural residual sugar from fresh Moscatel must.

Bright yellow with green tinges. Very fruit pear/apple flavours and citric aromas. Refreshing, fruity and young. Slightly sweet but fresh finish. Ideal as an aperitif or accompanying fish, seafood and rice dishes. Serve very chilled at 4ºC.
