Announcement of Upcoming Relocation
Wow, God has been doing some great stuff in Austria the past three months! We are excited for the future, and to be able to tell you about it in person. We are scheduled to make our regular once every four years trip to the US this summer. We we be in the US from July 2018 to August 2019. We are grateful for the incredible support from so many churches that have made it possible for us to complete this term successfully.
We have chosen to live in the Spokane Area of the NWMN and are writing to you specifically because you are where we want to be and we want to connect with you.
We look forward to connecting with the area churches and finding a church home where our kids can thrive and connect with the local church. We hope to meet many pastors, have some good coffee and be able to serve you with regards to connecting with missions, especially to secular university students in Austria.
We are also looking for your help! We are new to the area, and although Michelle's family has all moved to the area in recent years we really need your help in relocating. One of the most challenging parts of missions is this one year in the US where we try to find and furnish a house, get registered for schools and sign-up for activities for our kids (They love Ice Hockey by the way).
If you could let us know of any affordable housing options in your area it would be so helpful. We are looking for a house or apartment with 2-3 bedrooms and 2 baths. We will need furniture as well. In addition we would love to hear recommendations about good areas to live in, schools or what the different areas have to offer. Maybe you could even share with your congregation or friends our need. We have seen that the more affordable the housing, the quicker we can get back to Austria, so any leads you might have would be great. Thanks in advance.
