Your performance will be considered a work made for hire (pursuant to United States copyright laws). If for any reason, it is determined that any portion of the Content is not considered a work made for hire, then you shall be deemed to have irrevocably assigned and otherwise transferred to Song Confessional an irrevocable royalty-free license for all right, title, and interest in and to the Content and any part thereof including, without limitation, all rights of every kind and nature throughout the universe, for the life of the copyright (including all extensions and renewals thereof).
