Truth Telling For Truth Seekers
Also, the big, live event in LA on April 22nd is coming up quickly. This is my first public keynote on a personal topic. A personal story of what it took for me to realize that I had put myself into a 'life' that didn't feel like my own.
"My anguish, angst, restlessness and pushing for career, status & wealth was a soul-seeking – a search for validation of my worth and my purpose. Except I was seeking it in external things like career and body shape. I was chasing wealth and affluence as an indicator that I was doing something right, and that I had merit for being on this planet."

Yoga Teacher Training.
I was recently in Calgary, Alberta to facilitate a weekend of the 'Into the Mystic' yoga teacher training. It was an honor and a blessing to work with the yogis on life path alignment, the search for inner meaning and dharma discovery through the hero's journey, archetypes, mythology, shadow and more. It takes courage to go deep, and an unwavering sense of seeking to do this work. These yogis showed up with full heart and soul.

Empowering Diverse Leadership In Your Organization.
I'll be in San Francisco April 9th to 11th for the annual Lendit Fintech USA conference. This year, in addition to being a 2nd-year judge in the Lendit Fintech Industry Awards, I'll also be facilitating a 90-minute workshop on April 11th within the Diversity in Fintech track. This is the work! Having the conversations, understanding our biases, facing our outdated beliefs and making the connections with others who want to implement change.

Fighting Cancer.
A few weeks ago we learned that Barrington had cancer. He had a very large tumor removed from his right cheek. Many people donated to our fundraiser to help cover the hefty medical expenses and we received so much love and support. Thank you. I've been on FB live about once a week with updates. He's doing well and will pull through. An anti-cancer diet, special supplements, and extra care will keep him with us for a few more years!
