For those of the Christian faith, Easter is a celebration of the resurrection of Jesus from the tomb on the third day after his crucifixion.

In the spirit of rebirth, I encourage you to use the Easter Holidays to reflect and meditate on the first quarter of 2018, as you work towards strengthening your heart-mind connection to become a heart-centred being.

I have gathered together a list of some useful courses/workshops and events that may help you on your journey.

Temple Heart: Awakening heart to unconditional love ceremony

This workshop has been fully channelled by Iktaly and Jah Sun. It is designed by Spirit to open one’s heart to the essence of Unconditional Love. Spirit has asked us to act as conduits so that it may remove shields and barricades around the heart, to show that true protection is Love itself.

You can never be harmed or hurt by another when your vibrational frequency is Unconditional Love. We act as channels for Spirit to attune each individual heart to balance, harmony and higher consciousness. The workshop will be held on the Full Moon in Libra.

The Libran objective is to be in a constant process of refining awareness of oneself. The essence of Libra is to find deep relationship with self, where the Sacred Masculine is balanced and harmonised with the Sacred Feminine, to discover the path within that leads to a deep relationship with the Inner God/Goddess Balance Within.

This is an experiential workshop where much inner energy balancing will be done, and the heart will be opened to feel and know Unconditional Love as the only Truth and Reality in our consciousness. It is this deep connection and discovery of Unconditional Love that enacts inner transformation in a gentle, harmonious and balanced way, and yet can be extremely powerful.

The 6 hour workshop will focus on:

Guided Inner journey to explore the heart field
Group circle personal heart attunements with Iktaly & Jah Sun
Group circle collective heart attunement
Personal then collective guidance and insight
Guided meditation to expand and illumen the heart field
Personal & planetary heart field awakening

Libra Full Moon Ceremony

The Full Moon in Libra is inviting us to come into a state of balance. PachaMama is constantly seeking balance, moving in and out of various energies that bring life and healing.

Fast Track Pranic Healing Series

In the Basic Pranic Healing Course (Level 1) you learn to work with your energy aura & chakras, to "scan," or feel the energy, to clean away congested energy, and to "energize," the aura & chakras that have an energy deficiency.

You learn to become sensitive to prana and be able to scan a person's - or your own - energy field to identify blockages and then the Pranic Healing techniques to cleanse, energize and revitalize the area with new prana.

Twin Hearts Meditation for Peace & Illumination

You are invited to join a group of meditators & spiritual aspirants on 2 Monday evenings a month for 1.5hrs. (the two Mondays closest to the full moon)

Ageing Consciously Retreat
