Ofelia moved to the U.S. from Romania in 2004 and has been practicing yoga for 30 years.
She is a member of the largest yoga school in Europe, Movement of Spiritual Integration in Absolute, and is certified by the Atman International Federation of Yoga and Meditation.
Ofelia focuses on the energetics of postures and teaches Esoteric Yoga® at her East Side Studio on Hubbell Avenue and Senior Yoga at Scottish Rite Park.
