State Solo Registration Reminder

Dear Teachers,

I have almost all of the priority lists from District Festivals.  I am hoping to put a preliminary schedule together over the break, but I need your help to do that!  Please, register your students as soon as you possibly can.  Online, it says that they need to be registered within one week of finishing the District Festival.  While I do not hold fast to that rule, the sooner the better is definitely the case.  I know that there are circumstances that delay registration, but do what you can to at least let me know if your students will be attending or not.  The more notice the alternates have, the easier it is.

Also, please remember to get your Early Bird payment sent in before April 25th. $45/entry before April 25, $70 after (if you are an IMEA member).  If you have any time requests, now is the time to ask.  It is much easier to arrange the schedule with requests in mind that to revamp the entire thing.
