Bend, OR
Have you read the fine print? Do you know what health resources are available to you and how to access them?
Representatives from Pacific Source and St. Charles Hospital will describe the little-known benefits and resources available through Pacific Source, the Oregon Health Plan (OHP), and around our local community. From food pantries and free clothing to Deschutes County Behavioral Health, Lutheran Community Services, St. Charles Outpatient Behavioral Health and Thrive, you’ll learn how to navigate your health care plan and make the most out of our community health resources.
Our Education Series meetings are free and open to all. Please join us in support of good mental health in our community. The meeting is preceded by our Bend Family Support Group, 5:15-6:45 PM.
