March, you are a fickle month, tantalizing me with your glimmer of warmth, then propelling me back into the arms of Old Man Winter.  OK, so I'm being a tad bit dramatic here since I do live in Georgia, but enough already with the cold!  I'm ready for sunshine and sandals. Thank goodness I can warm my soul with St. Patrick's Day!
St. Patrick's Day is a big deal in our house......it might have something to do with the fact that I married this handsome, red-haired, Guinness-loving Irishman!
Coming to a store near you in paperback...

Featured Reader:  Candace Schilling, writer and editor, candaceschilling.com
In her words, Candace shares why she enjoys my books...

"The Tradd Street series introduced me to Karen White's work. She has a way of pulling her readers into a setting, not just the story, and she fills her books with beauty, love, complex souls and bittersweet moments -- life.

After 14 years in Illinois, I chose Atlanta as my new hometown because of local authors like Karen and her friend Wendy Wax. As a freelance writer (slowly) learning to write fiction, I wanted to land in a strong community of authors, and Karen often acknowledges organizations like Georgia Romance Writers in her books. Karen teaches me something in every book, and a paragraph about butterflies in The Color of Light inspired my own research and a blog post. I learned about bees in Flight Patterns and history in Folly Beach. I love how her characters can be both flawed, and wise, and I'm looking forward to Dreams of Falling..."

Sorry Quincy and Sophie Belle, I'm being a wee bit unfaithful here by posting this picture, but I just had to in celebration of St. Paddy's Day and my favorite Irish Pub, Olde Blind Dog.  Seriously, isn't this so adorable?  The doodles are part of a mother/doodle group in metro Atlanta called @thatdoodsquad. They get together for outings and photoshoots. Let the shenanigans begin!  Photo credit @shelbyraephotographs.
Let's connect!
Until next time, happy reading!
