Healing from Sexual Violence is difficult, but possible. (Please feel free to skip this article if you're not feeling up to it.)
The counsellors at Peak Resilience use a variety of tools to help sexual violence survivors heal and navigate new relationships. We work in a trauma informed way, and are always amazed by the progress our clients make.
