Wooly Moss Roots Trunk Show

A bounty of beautiful buttons is coming to Cozy! On Saturday, April 21st, we're welcoming a trunk show for Wooly Moss Roots, from Mapleton, Oregon. Wooly Moss Roots is a family business for Taryn and Jeff Wilson; their jewelry and buttons have been a local favorite at Saturday Market and the Holiday Market for the last few years. Jeff's buttons range from enchantingly rustic, preserving the natural character of native woods, to intricate and precise laser-cut designs. Taryn, a knitter herself, creates the charming cards and tags that showcase their products so beautifully.
We'll have the Wooly Moss Roots trunk show at the shop from 10-5 that Saturday, as part of the first annual Local Yarn Store Day (more info on that to come). We're planning our button-y projects already!

New Yarns at the shop:

-Wool and the Gang Kinda Magic Sock Yarn: This Pairfect-style yarn from Regia makes neon leopard spots!
-Knitted Wit Big Sky Worsted: Hand-dyed, bouncy, 100% Targhee wool, dyed in Portland
-Mineville Wool Project DK #1124: This batch of limited-edition colors arrived looking like a box full of Easter eggs--the soft pastel shades are just right for Spring.
-New colors of In The Deep Hue Sea Caribbean: Characteristic speckles and bold shades, back in stock

Spring hours are in effect

Warmer days draw knitters and crocheters outside and into adventure, so we've tweaked our hours to reflect the changes. During the spring, Cozy will be open 11-4 on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays; 11-7 on Wednesdays; 10-5 Saturdays; and 12-4 on Sundays.

Open Sit and Stitch will continue from 1-3 on Tuesdays and Fridays, and 5-7 on Wednesday evenings. Bring your social stitching and join the fun!
