ATHLETE of the Month:

GIDEONE KREMLER

Gideone has played exceptionally well all year, he's executed the offence at a very high level. He's shown the ability to sustain drives and almost score at will. He's shown tremendous leadership, command of the huddle and has the respect of his teammates and opponents alike. His confidence and swagger has become infectious to teammates. As well dominating the circuit to this point (midpoint) of the season, these are just some of the many reasons he's garnering legitimate D1 attention at QB.
-Coach Jordan Linnen

GIDEONE'S FAVORITES:
Favourite Food: My Mom’s Caesar salad or perogies
Favourite Team: Dallas Cowboys
Favourite Athlete: Cam Newton or Russell Westbrook

GIDEONE'S QUOTE:
"Game Ready is everything every coach should want their program to be about. The family that is formed here through dedication and hard work is unlike anything else. The culture you find in our practices and games shows how well we all get along, not just us players, the coaches as well are in it 100% from start to finish. I love everything about Game Ready and I am excited to see what the future has in store for us."

Game Ready Elite 7 on 7 Update
As we approach the midway point of the 7v7 season, all 3 teams have played really well on the circuit. Our JV program has shown the PNW that we have a ton of young talent in the pipeline and have been close to bringing home some hardware. Our Black team has shown grit and competed week in & week out. They've lost a lot of games by single digit scores. Look forward to seeing them finish Top 2 at least once this second half of the season. Our GOLD team has been dominant most of this season, winning the NW Bravery Winter League then placing Top 20 out of 190 teams in Las Vegas, then winning the Players Of The Future tournament in Seattle.. earning an all expenses paid trip to LA April 20-22nd and then this past weekend we lost a tough one in the Championship game in Vancouver, WA 20-17. Our GOLD teams record is 26-4 this season.

Going forward into the 2nd half of the season, we have a huge tournament in Tukwila, WA next weekend called the Heir Tournament which we host teams from 6 states and Canada. Then the following weekend, we play in a tournament in Bellingham, before heading to LA the 3rd week of April.
-Coach Jordan Linnen

The Washington Kids Foundation has reached over 15,000 youth and with the commitment and dedication of the WKF team and the support of its partners, we will continue to alleviate barriers giving all youth the opportunity to succeed.

International Day of Pink is a day where communities across the country, and across the world, can unite in celebrating diversity and raising awareness to stop all forms of bullying. Both centres participated with group discussions and proudly wearing PINK in support of ANTI-BULLYING!

Spring break camps were held at both locations consisting of physical literacy, sessions on team building, self-awareness, peer and social time with trips to local attractions. North Vancouver was at full capacity for the two weeks and it was the first time the Surrey location hosted a camp with the feedback being very positive by the youth and parents, well done everyone! Registration for summer camp will be forthcoming.

Coach Dino’s Recruiting Academy serves to help student-athletes, parents, teachers and counsellors navigate through the increasingly competitive and confusing world of university athletic recruiting. Appreciating the process and the opportunity are key in achieving the best university fit. “There are lots of options, which one is right for you.” As a student-athlete goes through the recruiting process they will develop so many characteristics that will serve to be useful in all areas of their life for the rest of their lives.
