In March FY18, USAID added up to $892 million in anticipated funding opportunities to the Mission Forecast. A breakdown of the newly forecasted  funding opportunities is included below. 

Senegal announced $53M-105M in new funding opportunities in March, including four in the Agriculture and Food Security sector and two under Water and Sanitation. The largest forecasted award is a $50M-$100M in Agriculture and Food Security for Resilience in the Sahel Enhanced (RISE) III. This is anticipated award aims to “increase the resilience of chronically vulnerable people, households, communities and systems in targeted agro-pastoral and marginal agriculture livelihood zones in Niger and Burkina Faso.” The other forecasted opportunities are for $500K-$1M each: SBAR -Small Holder Agriculture; SBAR- Energy for Productive Agricultural Use; SBAR- Fisheries: Illegal, Undocumented, and Unregulated Fishing (IUUF); SBAR- Water Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH); and SBAR- Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH)-Sanitation.

Ethiopia is forecasted to receive a contract opportunity for $50M-$100M under Global Health. The Supporting the Electronic Information Systems in Ethiopia to Improve award seeks to support and improve the Electronic Information Systems in Ethiopia.

 
Nigeria is forecasted to receive a cooperative-agreement for up to $50M for the Social Services for AIDS-affected Orphans, Vulnerable Children, and Adolescents to provide social services for AIDS-affected orphans, vulnerable children, and Adolescents.

Liberia anticipates three opportunities in Economic Growth and Trade, Water and Sanitation, and Global Health totally $39M-$85M. The Health System Strengthening award is an anticipated contract the seeks to strengthen the Liberian health system. The other two forecasted awards are a Policy Dialogue Project (PDP) for $4M-$10M, and an anticipated $10M-$25M award to expand the water pipe network of the WASH services in the health sector.
