Presenter

Julian Keys is Managing Director, SalaryOne a Perth based remuneration and human resource consultancy. Julian founded STeP Salary Packaging in 2000 and grew the business to serve over 110 not-for-profit employers before selling to a national salary packaging company in 2008. From 2013 to 2017 Julian was a business development associate for Smartsalary. He maintains an interest in fringe benefits tax practices and is an expert on not-for-profit salary packaging.
