Tre Rosati (Three Rosés)
The following selection of pinks from Veneto, Tuscany and Abruzzo are made to match your complexion to the colour of the sky during the fading light of a long, hard day.
Pinot Spumante Rose Extra Dry is made from Pinot Bianco and Pinot Nero grapes from Veneto. Fine, persistent bubbles and delicate notes of red berries on the nose. Soft, smooth and juicy strawberry and raspberry flavours on the palate.
Perfect with any delicate fish courses and white meats or simply as an aperitif and for any special occasion.

This dry Italian rose is a fresh and eye-catching rosé wine made from 100% Sangiovese grapes, obtained by setting some of the must apart during the first hours of fermentation, as soon as it has acquired it’s lively pink hue. Intense and rich nose, with distinctive fruity and flowery overtones. Crisp acidity and good softness on the palate.
It matches very well first courses with simple sauces, cheeses, cold meats and also seafood, especially grilled fish.

Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo is made from 100% Montepulciano D'Abruzzo, the rosé colour is typical of black grapes fermented off skins. Intense bouquet, fragrant, well-balanced, extremely pleasant aroma; fine, elegant palate, fresh and well-orchestrated.
Hot and cold hors d'oeuvres; all pasta dishes, especially with a tomato sauce base; risotto, white meats, cold meats; fish with legumes. Excellent with soufflés of all kinds.
