The Enterprise Project is both a business process transformation and a system implementation. A handful of business processes were selected for intensive improvement efforts to advance the university’s strategic plan. These areas were evaluated and re-designed during collaborative business process transformation (BPT) workshops.

Change Network
A list of Change Coordinators is now available on the project website. As the primary points of contact between the project’s Organizational Change Management team and their respective college, unit or hospital, Change Coordinators will assist their colleagues by sharing information, answering questions and relaying feedback.

Tenant
A Workday tenant is a standard and secure environment that can be altered to build, test and demonstrate functionality. Tenants enable the university to adapt Workday to Ohio State’s unique business needs. Quick tip: If Workday is a house, then Ohio State is one of its tenants!
